By accessing or purchasing from FirepitIreland.ie, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3) Products & Upcycled Nature

• Products are upcycled; minor cosmetic variations, markings, or differences may occur between units.
• Product photos are illustrative. Actual items may vary within reasonable tolerance in size, finish, and appearance.
• Safety: Firepits get extremely hot and are for outdoor use only on fire-safe, stable surfaces and away from combustibles, children, and pets. Always follow local fire safety rules.

4) Eligibility & Intended Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• Products are intended for private, domestic use only unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5) Orders & Contract Formation

• Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email; a contract forms only when we dispatch the product (or otherwise explicitly accept).
• We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., stock, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspected fraud). Any payment taken will be promptly refunded if cancelled.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable (if/when chargeable).
• We may change prices at any time before acceptance.
• Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout (including taxes and shipping).
• You are responsible for any bank charges or card fees.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We will ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate.
• Delivery timeframes shown are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, weather).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; title passes upon receipt of full payment.

8) Inspection on Delivery & Damage in Transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If an item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number: regblack999@gmail.com / +353 86 352 0671.
• We will offer a refund or replacement for transit-damaged items once verified. We may arrange return collection or ask you to retain the item for courier inspection.
• Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

9) Returns & Cancellations (Consumers)

• Change-of-mind: If applicable under Irish/EU distance selling rules, consumers typically have a 14‑day right to cancel from the day after delivery. Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition. You may be responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise.
• Exclusions: Returns may be refused for items used, soiled, modified, or not returned in their original condition/packaging.
• Process: Contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item (subject to applicable consumer law).
• Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.

10) Warranty & Disclaimers

• Products are sold as upcycled goods and may carry cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal function.
• Except as required by law, we provide products "as-is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted.
• You are responsible for safe setup and use, compliance with local fire regulations, and for supervising any fire use at all times. Never use indoors or in enclosed spaces. Never leave fires unattended.

11) Safety & Use Guidelines (Important)

• Use outdoors only, on a level, non-flammable surface.
• Keep clear of structures, overhanging foliage, and flammables.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance; use heat‑resistant gloves when needed.
• Burn appropriate fuel only (e.g., dry wood or charcoal, per local rules).
• Allow to cool fully before moving or storing; metal surfaces remain hot long after flames are out.
• Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury or property damage.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirepitIreland.ie and its owners shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss;
• loss of profit, business, or data;
• property damage or personal injury arising from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to local regulations.
  Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on FirepitIreland.ie (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us. You must not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

14) User Accounts (if enabled)

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
